Support Services Manager
I’m a Support Services Manager with a strong technical background in software development, business technology and ERP systems. I combine people management, technical understanding and service operations — while keeping programming and technology as an important part of what I do.
For the past 3 years I’ve been working as a Support Services Manager, working with technical teams across development and production.
Before moving into management, I worked as a Business Technical Consultant and ERP Consultant. That background gave me a strong understanding of both business needs and technical solutions.
I’m still a programmer at heart. I enjoy understanding how systems work, solving technical problems and experimenting with new technology.

My current role is focused on management and service delivery, but programming has always been an important part of my professional and personal background.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy experimenting with Home Assistant, home automation and all kinds of gadgets.
I like connecting devices, creating automations, experimenting with new technologies and finding ways to make different systems work together.
